Tool Box Series: Eight Leadership Roles

A series of learning opportunities modeled after the eight leadership roles for school improvement, defined by the Georgia Leadership Institute for School Improvement (GLISI) and supported by the Georgia Board of Regents. Each all-day session will include content on the component competencies for each role, information about the supporting research, examples of exemplary leadership behavior, presentations and hands-on sessions with experts who are succeeding in the leadership role of the focused session.

WHO: Current and aspiring principals who want to be on the cutting edge of school leadership

WHY: As the movement to assure that every school has an exemplary leader continues, successful practitioners of these eight roles will be most successful in their careers

WHEN: Monthly through the school year

WHERE: Stockbridge, GA at the Eagles Landing Country Club

COST: includes light breakfast, lunch and materials

Cost per Session: Members $ 80 (Early-bird $ 60) Non-Members $ 100 (Early-bird $ 80)

Cost for Entire Series: Members $ 420 Non-Members $ 560

Cancellation Policy:

Full tuition refund: Center gets written request by close of business, one week before event.

Partial refund: Center receives written request by noon, three days prior to event because of guarantees to the workshop site.

No refund for any cancellations made after the above deadlines

Payment: Invoices will be sent for any full or partial amount owed per above.

Substitutions for registered participants may be made at any time, at no cost.
