The 2011 Annual converstion of the International Network of Principals' Centers will be held in Islamorada in the heart of the Florida Keys. Dr. Roland Barth will be the Keynote Listener. Dr. Barth was the founder of the first Principals Center at Harvard in 1981.  

The CONVERSATION will emphasize dialogue, pair/share, and will include a variety of facilitated small group sessions to allow for reflection on learning, as well as widely diverse networking opportunities. Designed for new and experienced principal practitioners, leadership authors, and those who run principals' centers or regional training center, there will be a very dynamic, trusting atmosphere for "talking shop".
